One of the most common challenges in new construction is making an open concept space feel intentional rather than unfinished. This project solved that with a strong material story — dark espresso cabinetry in the kitchen, crisp white furniture in the living area, and a bold cowhide patchwork rug that ties the two zones together without blending them into one.
The lacquered white coffee table and chrome legs keep the living space feeling light and contemporary, while leather seating and warm metallic drapery panels add richness and depth. Sculptural accessories on the media console and coffee table give the eye places to land without cluttering the clean lines of the design.
The result is an open floor plan that feels cohesive, current, and completely considered from every angle.
